It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Rattue, the beloved founder and Managing Director of Compli-Serve. Richard passed away suddenly on 9 June 2024. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the compliance industry.
Richard Rattue was not just a visionary leader but also a mentor and friend to many within the Compli-Serve family and the broader financial services community. His pioneering spirit and passion for excellence laid the foundation for what Compli-Serve is today—a trusted partner in compliance and regulatory services.
As we mourn this immense loss, we are also committed to honouring Richard’s legacy by continuing to uphold the values and standards he instilled in our organisation. The Board of Directors will ensure that Compli-Serve remains steadfast in its mission and vision, providing uninterrupted service to our valued clients.
In the interim, the Board of Directors will fulfil the role of the Managing Director. We have full confidence in our leadership team’s ability to navigate this transition and to maintain the high level of service and support that our clients have come to expect.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Richard’s family during this difficult time. We extend our deepest condolences to his loved ones and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
