· Initial Assessment: The initiation of your compliance journey begins with a meticulous assessment. Our team evaluates your advisor’s practice with a keen eye, examining your current state of readiness concerning FAIS compliance. Through in-depth interviews with key personnel in your practice and other relevant parties, we uncover areas of priority concern. Following this assessment, we provide you with detailed feedback and a set of actionable recommendations, all of which are discussed in a follow-up consultation.

· FSP FAIS License Review: We conduct a thorough review of your existing FAIS license, scrutinizing it to ensure its integrity and that all required individuals are duly authorized. This review helps confirm that your organization operates within the bounds of FAIS regulations.

· Process Implementation: Once we have evaluated your readiness levels and formulated conclusions, our team offers expert guidance on the implementation steps required. Our approach is not merely about replacement but enhancement; we endeavour to align your current processes and documentation with FAIS compliance standards.

We also conduct quarterly on-site visits to assess the progress of your compliance initiatives. Any outstanding areas from previous visits are accorded a higher priority. Finally, as part of the compliance calendar, we assist you in preparing the annual compliance report for submission to the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA).

Our Standard Support package, included in the monthly subscription fee, provides you with telephonic support, email support through designated compliance officers, and access to protected areas of our website, where you can find online services and resources tailored to your needs.

· Premium Support: For specialized interventions and services outside the standard subscription, we offer Premium Support. These services are quoted on a case-by-case basis and are priced according to Compli-Serve’s consultancy rate, which is available upon request.
