• The understanding of the strict financial soundness and operational ability requirements that hedge fund FSPs need to adhere to.

• Compliance with the extensive array of legislation including FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPIA, Financial Markets Act, Financial Sector Regulation Act & CISCA.
